Every young man who joins RMA gets a rare opportunity to be exposed to a range of skills, competencies, attributes and values that they could have missed. These include personal finance, logic and reasoning, ethical human behaviour, household skills, enhanced self- esteem, employability skills, career guidance and many more. With all these, life experience can never be the same.

RMA is a five-day programme designed to run from Mondays to Fridays with participants staying on site for the duration of the programme. Shorter variations are presented on request.

To register, call 031 826 8011 or email info@imithente.co.za or send your particulars via the website www.imithente.co.za {realmanacademy} or {Facebook} or visit our offices at 87 Smiso Nkwanyana Rd, Morningside, Durban, KwaZulu Natal. You will be contacted by friendly office staff of RMA within a day.

From commencement, up to the end of the programme, there are caretakers and facilitators who are with the participants ensuring their safety and overall well-being during the programme. Your journey starts before your arrival and continues even after the programme.

RMA has carefully selected subject experts for each topic. They are people with integrity, credibility, education, knowledge and experience. These are role models who are leaders in their area of competency. They are also chosen for their ability and passion for youth development

Your behavioural change, your attitude to life, your skills and competencies, your self- regard, your vision and life purpose are worth more than any short course certificate. However, RMA offers a certificate of attendance listing a summary of programme content.

The one-week programme comes as a package. It is recommended that participants take the whole programme rather than sections thereof for a complete integrated learning experience. There are other optional advanced sessions that may be taken afterwards.

RMA shares employability skills, career guidance and basic CV writing as part of the programme.

There are no examinations but written exercises, team interactions, solo work and plenary sessions. This is an empowerment programme

Some basic toiletry and normal clothing items. You get a list of requirements for the programme. Very minimal.

RMA treats each situation on its merit and adopts a response which in itself would exhibit ethical and fair conduct consistent with our teachings.
